Chipped Loose Tooth

Chipped Loose Tooth

Couple days ago, I had a Jiujitsu match.  As embarrassing as it is, during that match I got caught in a choke and I passed out.  When I woke up later, I noticed that my bottom front tooth (23?) was chipped and bit loose.  People told me that my tooth is chipped because I must of bitten down pretty hard when I passed out.

I don't mind the chipped part too much because it's minor and not visible (it's chipped on the back part of the tooth), however, the loose part is causing a minor pain whenever I chew on hard objects and when I'm flossing my teeth.

Since it's a minor loose tooth, I was wondering if my tooth will regain its stability if I avoided its usage for a while.
Is this a bad idea???

Please help...
Thank you in advance
