Confused - cavity or filling?

Hello,

I've gotten conflicting advice from 2 dentists regarding a filling. I had a filling done in 12/2012 on tooth #13 (among others). I have gotten x-rays every 6 months since then and was told in 2013 that I had a cavityhat needed to be filled immediately. I was skeptical because this had just been filled, and a second opinion dentist (who I've stuck with the last 2 years) told me it's possible it could be a filling but did not have the radiopaque liner so there was no way to tell and recommended I get it filled. I have no symptoms and attached the xrays with the dates.

Thanks for your help!
