Confused periodontal disease

Ok, I'm really confused. My dentist said I'm early perio with some bone loss and small pockets. He took a X-ray nut didn't probe yet. He said he will do this on my deep cleaning.

Where am I confused? By reading everything my symptoms are mixes from early perio to advanced.

My gums don't bleed
Gums are pink and not red and inflamed as pictures I've seen

Gums are receding mild and I see very little yellow on a few teeth

One tooth gum has separate but not receded

One canine tooth has receded into a V shape where yes I can see bone. But that tooth is stuck like a rock, no movement

Where I'm getting confused is in advanced perio your teeth are loose and the pics I've seen at this stage all have worse symptoms than me. Where gums have receded really bad and the teeth may be really dark yellow and spaced apart extremely.

My teeth do not look like this but some are slightly mobile only if I move it with my two fingers.

One day it will be one tooth loose and then the next day it's not.

One tooth has mild recession and I can move with two fingers

Bottom teeth have a lot of plaque/tarter behind them and I can move with two fingers only

I do see tiny triangles on bottom teeth

Ugh mixed symptoms.

Are my teeth going to fall out with no hope in saving them??

Oh wow I'm sorry to hear this. How did the dentist not see this? Did they give you antibiotics?

I'm taking 2,000 mgs of amoxycillian but the dentist didn't prescribe, my doctor did for a stomach infection but I'm hoping this will help with perio symptoms

i went through this..and still is going through it but I had a crown put in 10 years ago, and like you nothing is wrong with my gumbs they dont bleed and my breath dont have no smell, but just 2 weeks ago I was getting my teeth cleaned and the hygentis said my front crown was loose, but when I came home I almost swallowed it with pus and rust and for the past ten year I lost all my teeth on the top...4 original left on top they could not dectect the infection because xray dont show it..and it has to be see at a dental exam..three dentist didnt see this and I sit here now as I write with an infection thats been ther for ten months steming from the root canal I had ten years ago they couldnt detect...
