I had a crown put in at about a year ago. This crown started tasting and smelling bad. I went back to my dentist and explained the condition. She sent me to the gum specialist who found nothing wrong but still did a deep cleaning. After 3 days, the smellSmell - impaired Stools - foul smelling and bad taste came back. I called my dentist and told her. She asked to come in.
She removed the crown, desinfected the area and replaced the it with a non metal one. Two or three weeks after, here I am with the same problem.
What could be happening with this area. I don't think my doctor knows what to do anymore.
