Assuming there was no problem before temporary crown, your problem may come from occlusion of temporary crown. Going back to your restorative dentist to have more occlusalOcclusal-hp adjustment is advised. If your problem disappears after removal of temporary crown, it is highly suggestive that occlusion is the culprit.
