When you get a crown on your front teeth will it look the same as your permanent teeth did? Also I have had a temporary crown for about 4 years but never went back to get the permanent one what are the dangers of this?

Depends on the type of crown, the skill of the dentist, and the communicataion with the lab.  All-porcelain crowns are more natural, but also more expensive.  Even with digital photos and a good shade match, it may never be exact, but a good dentist can get very close.

Temporaries are only meant for a few weeks to a couple of months max.  The margins are never perfect, and the cement used to seal them is temporary and prone to washout.  Leaving a temporary on for too long can lead to more decay and or damage to the nerve.
