DEEP INFECTION update

This is an uupdate about the upper r 1st molar with a large cavity under the gumline with an impacted wisdom. I went to an oral sur. and he said that if he removed the 1st molar that tha molar should be fine as it would have plenty of room to grow in. So thats the course i took, Had the molar removed 7/31 finished the pennicilian vk on 8/2 things were feeling better. by 4/8 r. head pain was coming back, theres a hard bump on the outside gum of removed tooth that hurts.this is 8/8 r. side of head and upper temple have pain and pressure feeling naussous when moving around, upper and lower jaw painful, get lightheaded when I bend over and somtimes lose balance, neck stiffness, shooting pains in r.head and r. side of chest, sometimes feel short of breath, (No im not having anxiety attacks) 2nd 3rd 4th molar are having increasing pain, molar feels fine. (  These are problems I was having before minus the massive headaches and when i was on the penn. these problems would clear up)    I will call the dentist to day but I doubt if he will will have time nor be concerned as he did not want to here of any of these other sym. and when he pulled the tooth he was gone within 1 minute and raced to the next room.  Drs. Please give me some advice.   Randy

I had a root canal that was redone and was unbelievably painful.... same symtoms head ache vertigo (spinning), nauseua, pain on side of facedown neck/arm...dentist kept giving me anti biotics and Vicodine.  There ended up being an infection in there that ate through my sinus membrane...after two root canals the tooth had to came out and I had to have surgery by ENT...as I am doing reserch, this seems to be more of a problem and I am finding many with sever infections that dentits are just dismissing as minor and perscribe antibiotics....There needs to be a better way to deteched infection before major pain and surgery arise....more dentist need to really listen to patients when they think things are wrong...My (X) dentist kept telling me it was just my bite and he had to re-aline the tooth....also just kept giving antibiotics and pain killers.  I told him I really thought it was something more then that...He didn't listen... I looked to him to be the expert ....What do you say to a dentist to really get him/her to listen w/o them thinking you are nervous or parinoid.....

Where I wrote molar feels fine,  I meant wisdom.  Randy
