DRY SOCKET.. PLEASE HELP!!!

Today is friday and i got all 4 wisdom teeth removed tuesday morning. Wednesday night i woke up with a throbbing pain in my entire mouth. The next morning I called my oral surgeon who said dry socket wouldn't be apparent until 5-7 days postop. My breath smells like something died in my mouth. My bottom left extraction site looks like my stitches have dissolved and there is a hole. I can't tell if it is an actual hole or if it's blood that's clotting. This extraction site does not hurt AT ALL. Does this sound like dry socket? I am terrified of getting it. I have 3 more days of antibiotics to take. Will taking the antibiotics reduce the chance/ get rid of dry socket if i have it? Also, my oral surgeon's office is closed for the 4th ofjuly weekend until Tuesday. If i start getting unbearable pain, can i get dry socket treated at the hospital?

no if it doesnt hurt then its not a dry socket... a dry socket HURTS like a mtf and you would be in serious serious pain.....pain is normal after extractions thats why they give you pain meds...

you can go to hospitals but they are NOT dentist so it would be  a waste of time, all they will do is give you more meds.
