Dental Implant Allergy

My sister, who lives in Canada, has this chronic painful, itching facial rash.  A biopsy showed eczema.  However, this has been ongoing for 10 months.  All tests for autoimmune diseases have come back negative.  Any suggestions as to what this can be?  She had 2 dental implants in a previous month on that side.
