I had an implant done 6 months ago. All was well until I flossed around the post and noticed some bleeding. Went to my dentist that fitted the crown and the x-ray showed that the bone above and round the implant still looked ok except for some recession on one side. Looks like an infection, it's very hard to get down this far on an implant. This implant has been a 3 year ordeal. Very unhappy if it fails.
It's better to consult a dentist before u get into trouble.
