Dental build-ups/dryness

Hi there,

I had composite build-ups done to my two front and centre teeth yesterday afternoon.

But since then, I have felt this horrifically unbelievable dryness when I run my tongue along the back of my front two teeth.

It is actually quite difficult to deal with.

I was just wondering, is this a normal feeling? Will it go in time (if so, how long?!). And is there any way of reversing dental build-ups?

All and any help appreciated :)

Nick
