I have a large ulceration above my right eye tooth and lump above my jawline, and at times there is clear drainage leaking from right nostril. On face right side of nostril feels different not the same as the left. Feels like pressure
The ulceration is resolving, but the right eye tooth does not feel right. I think I am the tooth can not be saved. There was a root canal started, but could not be completed because of the ulceration, and now I am having pain when bitting down on food.
