Is it right for a Dentist to drilled down a tooth, wich it is next to the empty space where the implant is going to be placed?, removing away the enamel??  Another issue is that I was suppose to have a molar not a premolar..now I am having 3 premolars and 2 molars counting the wisdom tooth on left lower side. Need opinion from a Dentist, please.thank you.

are you getting an implant or a bridge? with a bridge the adjacent teeth must be prepped for crowns.
