Diiscovered allergy to dental metal - Still having problems!

Hi all.  I spent all of 2007 in diapers for uncontrollable GI problems - went to 12 different doctors and drove 9000 miles to doctors within 25 miles of my home.  I proved by doing a self patch test that I was allergic to the cobalt used in the cap on my tooth and reacted to the silver almagam as well.  I have 12 fillings and two caps removed and replaced with composite.  I went on a gluten free diet (stopped the stomach problems) and had test run and am allergic or reactive to chicken, pork, turkey, dairy, egg,cucumber, cantelope, strawberries, almonds.  Pretty well wiped out my diet choices.  MY PROBLEM IS I am still aving tooth pain with the one root canal left in my mouth and the tooth directly below it.  My tounge burns and I have an acrid taste in my mouth and can't taste anything.  The dentist sees nothing wrong.  Where do I go from here?  My faith in conventional doctors is not very high at this point.  I have had to drag them along as I proved what was wrong.  Any and all ideas will be greatly appreciated. !  Thanks
