Do i need to go tp E.R.?

About a year and half ago i got a temporary crown on upper 2nd molar due to the tooth cracking to the root. Ever since then tooth has been swollen around it and has had pockets of infection either on the roof of my mouth near the tooth or on the gum directly above the tooth. About 5 months ago the temporary crown broke. Due to money and my work schedule i havent been back to the dentist. Have developed severe muscle and joint aches and have this week become very forgetful and scatterbrained.  Called my dentist and she cant see me for about 4 days due to her being off fot extended weekend. Have had severe headaches over past 24 hours. What should i do?
