Endless pain

Had tooth extraction after abcess (abscess).  Finished clindamycin. Developed a severe dry socket.  I do not smoke and have not done anything to cause this. A week later still in severe pain. Hygienist packed tooth...came out hour later....still in pain...knot has also developed in maxilla.

Going back to your dentist to have a follow up exam is advised.
