for a long time.... years.... your roots are soft from being moved every which way from your braces. they need alot of time to get string again and make sure they wont be any moving going on now that they brackets are off your teeth..... i was an exception to the rule, i had my braces for 3 years and then got mine off and i wore my for  a few weeks and then lost mine and didnt wear them, but my teeth didnt move at all theya re still perfect, my brother on the other hand wasnt so lucky... he has his braces, got  them off. didnt wear them and then had to get braces again!...... so just wear them!..... if you dont like the way they look, dont wear during the day , but make sure you wear them EVERY night!.....

Thanks a lot .
It is however a little bit late for that.
I'm afraid I'm in the same position as your brother was.
I'm based in the UK.It's a small country...
I'm going  to traveling around the UK.
I  will see different specialists .
A consensus will form.
I am  unhappy about this.
