Flossing question

Flossing question

I brush at lunch, dinner, and bedtime.  I floss once after lunch and again after dinner.  I usually do not eat / drink anything but water or a glass of milk after dinner.

My question is, some days I get a little hungry before bed time and eat some yogurt,, this yogurt has sugar but it is not the yogurt with bits of fruit or anything,, just plain vanilla usually.  Do I need to floss again at bedtime?  Will my bedtime brushing and mouth wash do the trick?.  I don't want to over do it an irritate my gum's or anything but I want to make this yogurt is not festering over night in my teeth.

Thanks

The bedtime brushing and mouthwash is fine as long as its after you eat the yogurt and not before.  I would say your hygiene regimen is great.  Just make sure you aren't brushing too hard or flossing too aggressively cause your teeth can take the forces but your gums can't.  Also, don't forget to get a checkup every 6 months.  Good job.
