Fractured Tooth Removal

Hello Everyone,

I will cut a long story short, in later 2009 I went to America due to some family deaths, I had to go over to help on. When waiting for the plane to Atlanta I was having something to eat and I cracked a tooth and it was painful. When I go to my destination of Memphis I went to go see a Dentist but I could not afford the treatment, they were asking for nearly $400 to fix it.

Now I am back in England I went to see an NHS dentist today she said that the tooth is fractured and will have to be removed! Over time  tooth has just rotted away. On the 20th I have to go and get it taken out but she said that nothing is going to be put in the gap and I have to just let it heal. I am not happy with that, is there nothing that can go in its place, its a rather big tooth and a big gap, my mouth will just look silly.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated,
