Help needed fast!

On Wednesday 20th April, I had an upper premolar and a lower premolar extracted for braces. A few hours after the extraction, I had to go back to the dentist as the blood was not clotting properly, and the dentist added a second lot of clotting agent to the socket. The blood clot that eventually formed in the upper extraction turned a brownish colour and seemed to lower and push itself out more and more during the day (the day after extraction). What I think was the clot, seems to have gone during my sleep. (It is now the second day after extraction). I do not have any symptoms of a dry socket, yet. It is now the second day after extraction... Was is the blood clot that fell out? Am I likely to get a dry socket? What should I do?

Probably not.  If you're not experiencing any pain, I would keep an eye on it but wouldn't worry about it too much.  The area should start to cover up pretty soon (within a week) so as long as you're pain free, there's no sign of inflammation in the bone.
