I Have A Pain In My Mouth And I Have A "Clicky Jaw"

I Have a really bad pain in the roots of my teeth at the bottom jaw (the teeth at the front) , my teeth are pushing together causing them to overlap . Is the only option to get braces?
i also have a "clicky jaw", sometimes whan i talk it clicks and it becomes really pain full does anyone know how to get rid of it ?

Do you have your wisdom teeth in at the bottom? If they haven't been pulled, and are trying to grow in, they could be a bit painful and could cause crowding because they are pushing other teeth trying to make room for them. If you have had those wisdom teeth pulled, then possible teeth shifting could be due to perio problems...
