Do you have your wisdom teeth in at the bottom? If they haven't been pulled, and are trying to grow in, they could be a bit painful and could cause crowding because they are pushing other teeth trying to make room for them. If you have had those wisdom teeth pulled, then possible teeth shifting could be due to perio problems...
