I have 12 year old problem that is ruining my life

First of all I am 24 and i ham married with 1 one child..shes 2. Anyway when I was 12 years old I trusted my brother to let me pass out by standing against a door and pressing his hands against my chest while I held my breath. I know it is stupid but I was 12 and it gave me my older siblings attention. Well, he let go I passed out and apparantly said I was fine(i don't recall that,my brother told me). I fell and hit my front top front right tooth into a metaal chair. This stupidity pushed my tooth up and back but stayed intact. Intrusive displacement I believe. After this happened my family treated me like garbage and neglected any kind od repair or monthly dental checks. So I am now a Husband and a Father and its 12 years later. My teeth are breaking apart and have caivities and rough dark spots on my front top/bottom gums. The spots don't hurt but I feel them. I can't eat and it has lead me to stomache problems because of the decay I swallow in my saliva has made my stomache feel awful to say the least. I was out on my own at 15 with no home and a job at mcdonalds. No one helped me and my tooth hurt for so long , when I would brush it would hit sensitive areas and I gave it up after that. Since then I have been falling apart,  am so insecure about a smile I can't afford to fix. i am forced to get dentures at 24. My questions are what can i do to clean my mouth efficiently w/o brushing? What are the rough purple spots on my gums? I have a lump behind my left ear for 10 years and a lump in my mouth below my bottom teeth between my chin and my gum line,what are these? And my final question( i know its extensive) My jaw pops all the time what is that?

I would try to go to a dental school and see if maybe they can help you there. Sometimes they help less fortunate for free, especially if you have extensive damage. You just have to deal with letting a student work on it. You need to get it fixed though. IF that doesnt work try going in and seeing if someone will help you out of the goodness of their heart.
