I have a lump just under my chin

Please advise me if you can,
5 weeks ago i had a tooth removed it took 3 dentist in the end to get the tooth out,since then i have been given 2 courses of antibiotics and had 4 trips to the dentist,the main problem is i have now developed two very sore lumps which are approx under my chin they can move and if i tilt my head to the side they are getting trapped and causing me pain ,im finding it very hard to chew and feel very tired and i keep getting headach,
im worried that this is something more sinaster,
