Implants,Sinus lift and bone grafting

Hi, I had Sinus Lift, bone graft and Dental implants done 2 days ago in 4 teeth, apparently all went well so far but is my understanding that now I need to wait for my body to accept the implants and new bone added. My question is how long before I can start eating normal again, my right side is a bit swollen still (is this normal?) Also my dentist told me that I have to wait around a month to add the temporal denture or It could push the new bone up.Is this correct? Will I be able to live a normal life after all this procedures, meaning eating and excercising normally? or I will allways need to be carefull because of the implants?
Thanks in advance

I agree with what your dentist said, It may take 6-9 months to achieve osseointegration.Once osseointegration completed, prosthesis can be fabricated.
