Implants and bone grafting

I need to get either an implant or bridge to replace a top front tooth (one over from center).  I'm leaning towards the implant.  I'm told I would need to have bone grafting done and they would use powder cadavor bone.  Is this stuff safe?  Would I also need this if I went with a bridge?  Would you recommend an implant over a bridge?

Bridge vs. implant depends on many factors. Particylarly important factor is the cosmetic result. Implant does'nt always yield best cosmetic result. Cadavor bone graft is safe to use as long as it comes from reputation tissue bank.
