Infected Wisdom Teeth being pulled tomorrow without antibiotics

Is it safe to pull infected wisdom teeth without taking antibiotics first?? i am in a lot of pain, called the dentist's office an the secretary told me that is the reason they're pulling it out. due to it's infection. i thought it was because they're growing in crooked an broke through the skin, but apparently i'm stupid. These wisdom teeth have been giving me migraines an earaches, waking up in the morning is unbearable due to so much pain.. the secretary thinks i just have an earache, i think she just doesn't like me. (which is fine, i don't like her either).

I've been rinsing with warm water & sea salt many times, even listerine. The earaches an migraines are making me nauscious. What do i do??

You don't necessarily have to be premedicated before the extraction.I am sure the dentist will prescribe the medications you need.
