Infected molar

I had a filling fall out a while ago, and ever since than the tooth has been decaying and breaking. Now it is infected. I have swelling and extreme pain in my jawline. Do not have money for insurance. It hurts when I swallow and I have a huge migrane (migraine). Taking amoxicilan what should I do next. I cant even go to work because it so painful even when I try to eat. Have been taking motrin aswell.
