Is it a canker sore???

I got a blister inside my lower lip about 1-2 weeks ago. It kept decreasing in size but would get bigger again. It went away and left a tiny bump, then a couple days later I felt it all tingly and it came back. It's clear but a bit red too. And I did have stress when it came back.    Could it be the stress? And is it just a canker sore?

Your descriptions suggest vesiculo-bullous lesion, clinical differential diagnosis includes, but not limited to, mucocele, herpes simplex infection, pemphigus vulgaris, benign mucous membrane pemphigoid, as well as cicatrical pemphigoid. Seeing an oral medicine specialist is advised.
