Is there ANY pain relief medicine I can take while I'm on Warfarin (Coumadin)

My toothache has been keeping me up for days. I searched the net and found out that I shouldn't be taking either Ibuprofen or Mefenamic acid because of "an increased risk of bleeding in the gut" or something like that. :( Is there anything I can take? My tooth is killing me.

*Please don't suggest going to the dentist. I'm waiting for another 2 weeks. By then, my doc will probably take me off Coumadin. (then i can have my tooth extracted or whatever the heck the dentist wants to do with it). Until then, I need something to manage the pain.

(also, son't suggest clove oil or water with salt. Please. They don't work on me)

Thanks in advance.

(p.s. I'm 10 wks post op; had open heart surgery last June)
