Jaw Pain after bridgework

I had a bridge put in back in November 2006. Around April/May 2007 (this year), I have developed horrific jaw pain on my left side. I have to take 800 mg ibuprofen every 6 hours and tylenol every 4 hours to relieve the pain. Dentist made adjusts to the bridge several times and even fitted me for a night guard. Nothing has helped.The dentist sent me to a orthodontist that has a fantastic diagnostic reputation. He did a bite adjust on my teeth. He said that my tongue has grooves indicating that I am trying to align my own jaw when I sleep, etc. Also, he said the left side was 2 mm off in bite. He was able to adjust my bite some, but after an hour of my mouth open, I needed a break. I have to go back to him to ensure my bite is w/in 3/10 mm? Also, could he be missing something? I have been to an ENT and the ENT said I had a lot of fluid. I had a dizziness test and did not pass.
ENT said maybe Meineire's Disease, but that still does not explain the jaw. I did have several x-rays and a panaromic x-ray, no indicated cancer.
Please help me.

This is a very difficult situation to diagnose from this type of forum.It sounds like you are in the right hands and doing the correct things to solve the problem. The only thing I would suggest is to seek out a dentist that only specializes in TMJ dysfunction if you do not get your problem solved.
