Jaw Problem

Hi,i am 28 years old male ,my jaw is changed,
the jaw bone looks pretty downward
so i really need my "v shape" back
X-ray reports NO damages or any Fractures.
But i lost the sensation on skin
right above the TMG joint,
& there is paining in the deep when
the TMG joint is pressed from the above.
and often i find it difficult to sleep
when i put my jaw on any pillow.

So Sir, please mention which surgery is needed to put the jaw upwards
so that it will get in the "v shape"

I am not able to see your pictures. If your concern is tmj pain, seeing a tmj specialist is advised. If your concern is facial profile, seeing oral surgeon or plastic surgeon is advised.
