Did you have dental work performed by a Dentist "trained" by the "Las Vegas Institute For Advanced Dental Studies" between 1998 and 2007?
We are a nationwide group of dental patients/consumers, that experienced a dental procedure described/sold as "NEUROMUSCULAR FULL MOUTH RECONSTRUCTION"
