Loose Adult Molars/ Sensitive teeth in the Morning

They're hardly loose. But i can feel them. I still have to get my wisdom teeth pulled out. But i'd like to keep these molars.

I figured one option was to pull the molars, and keep the wisdoms.

I was just wondering if there was anything a dentist can do to stabilize a tooth and let it strengthen itself.

And when i wake up, my front teeth are always really sensitive and feel loose.

Are you clenching/grinding your teeth at night?  When was the last time you had a dental checkup and cleaning?
