Loss of function and Temporal Lobe Pain after filling

I have a two part question:  First Part, soon after a recent filling (lower left middle molar) and much freezing as I'm one of those troublesome pts who is quite difficult to freeze, I lost control of my eyelid on the right side.  The dentist thought it strange as he put it, "the left side has nothing to do with the right side"  Nonetheless, I struggled to keep my right eyelid open for a short period as it kept shutting on me.  Now, three weeks later, I have what feels like a dull pressure (slight headache) on my left temporal lobe that doesn't let up, and gets worse under exhursion such as jogging or weight lifting.  Also, I can feel tension that seems to arc across the top of my head to the right lobe, and though I feel what feels like a slight pull accross to the right lobe, there is not the same discomfort or pain on the right as there is on the left.   Any ideas?

Yes, Luckily in Canada regular health evaluations are standard.  So if there is no connection, why the loss of function within an hour of having freezing done when never this happened ever before in all my years of having dental work done.....and why can I feel a connection?  Also, there is a conncection between the jaw and the temperal lobe: TMJ.   Any other ideas?

Hi,
I think I would have to agree with your dentist.  There is no nerve connection between the right and left side to affect one another.  Likewise there is very few from the bottom jaw to the upper.

Have you been to a regular physician for an evaluation?

Best to you,
Gellia
