Low cost dental care/sliding scale in WA

Basically, my teeth are rotting in my head. Just about every tooth has a cavity. This is mostly because I suffer from chronic dry mouth caused by my medications. For the most part, they don't bother me much, I only get the occasional toothache, and am also sensitive to heat/cold. Does anyone know of any low cost/sliding scale dental places in Washington State? I am in Kitsap County, but can travel. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
