Lumps at the back of the throat.

Lumps at the back of the throat.

Ok I don't know whether this is a dental issue or what.
In my mouth there's the "dangly bit" and then either side is a kind of dip where my throat begins.
In one of these dips there are 2 lumps, one roughly marble-sized, the other slightly smaller. I've looked at my Mum's mouth and other than the lumps everything in mine seems totally normal.
Also, in the past week I've found I have really awful breath, even after brushing, flossing mouthwash and constantly having mints. I don't know if they're connected.
They don't hurt at all; I wouldn't even have noticed if I hadn't randomly decided to look at my throat (lol), but I do know that I don't remember them being there before. I have no dental hygeine issues, and have never been to the dentist for more than a check up, twice a year.
Just wondering whether if it could be something like an ulcer that I shouldn't worry about, before I go to the Dr.
Thanks.

Oh, and the lumps are the right colour, as in, like the rest of my mouth.
