More problems with crown and surrounding teeth.

Back in the beginning of May, I had received my first root canal on tooth #12. The procedure went very well. I have now had my permanent crown for about 3 1/2 weeks, and it still seems to cause problems. My dentist has shortened it twice now, so it's gotten more comfortable with the other teeth (doesn't hit hard anymore so it doesn't seem to be too high). But now, I had gotten two fillings on Tuesday, June 28th (#13 and #15). That procedure was fine as well, but ever since yesterday afternoon (July 1st), I have been having throbbing pain on the upper left side of my jaw.. I just can't tell where this pain is coming from. The only thing I have noticed, is that if I slightly tap on the tooth that has the permanent crown, it hurts! The others don't... My dentist has said numerous times that #12 is a perfect fit... And all of my teeth on my upper left jaw have been "fixed"... What could this be?!
