Mucocele, Please Help

I have noticed that when ever I do a "hardcore" session of cycling with limited amount of hydration I tend to get mucoceles. I have also noticed it when I sun bath for more than half a day with poor hydration. (I get mucoceles like 2-4 times a year)

What triggers Mucoceles?

Does anybody know of an informative website about Mucoceles?

Mucocele is caused by severed salivary gland secretory ducts.When saliva is secreted to tissue, instead of oral cavity.the tissue forms fibrous connective wall to surround the saliva. Treatment of choice is surgical excision of  lesion and salivary glands.
