My teeth on the bottom row on this inside are chipping

I have been in and out of depression and I am embarrassed to say that I have let my dental hygiene slack every now and then over the years. The last time I saw a dentist was around 10 years ago and I haven't gone back because of the lack of insurance and money. I always brushed daily up until about 7 years ago and then on and off I let myself slip. But now I have pieces of my teeth in the bottom row chipping near the gum line on the back. I'm not in pain right now but I know that could easily change and I don't think I have the means to visit a dentist. Can anyone give me any information or advice on how to deal with this?
