Nerve pain and sensitive tooth

Nerve pain and sensitive tooth

I have a sensitive ll4 after having an accident on ll5 with porcelain crown, I haven't been able to clench on the left since and it makes a noise in my ear when i try, when i bite on ll4 i get pain to my ear and feel that there is a trapped nerve from the back of the tooth, I get head pain, ear pain and an infection on ll4. A dentist has adjusted bite but no relief, I can feel the nerve from the outside under the tooth and I grind.......I am getting a better mouthguard.

When i get 2 x colds my ear gets blocked, I get a sucking sound as though something is trapped and a smell, taste it is most uncomfortable and the tooth is sensitive and hurts to bite on, have seen specialist who gave me gabapentin for nerve pain but it's not working.

Do you think root treatment will help any?
What nerve could I have affected that affects my ear blocking?
Is there anything to relive the pain, i feel i cannot swallow properly and i get ear pain when i bite now?

Any suggestions would be gratefully received, when i rest my head it releases and my ear pops on the swallow daily and when i change temperature from hot to cold i feel it?
