Osteomyelitis in my lower jaw bone

Hi i have been suffering with Osteomyelitis in my lower jaw bone for 11 months . i have been under the care of two different hospitals and had two teeth removed and 2 seperate debridements if 2 sockets no one has done a bone biopsy as they dont see the need aparently. my regular doctor took a swap from both open sockekts one of which has been open for 11 months and it came back as a very high count for step infection .i have research Osteomyelitis and standard treatment is intavinous antibiotics hich no one has done and last appointment i was told she would only do it if infection became life threatening . coul you give me any advice . i live in london england
