Pain behind eye

Hello,

I have been suffering from rather severe pain/discomfort behind and around my left eye for the past year and a half. I'm wondering if this could have something to do with my jaw. My jaw clicks slightly too whenever I open and close it, though I understand this is a common symptom.

Has anyone experienced any jaw problems that led to facial pain, especially around the eye/cheek area?

Your symptom may be tmj related or may be other facial pain entity. Seeing an orofacial pain specialist is advised.
