Pain problem aftar root canal

I got a root canal on the tooth to the right of my right front tooth and it feels great. Before I couldn't drink from water fountains or eat ice cream or anything, but now it works better than ever. But ever since the operation, my right tooth became really tender. It's not sensitive to c old or heat or anything, just pressure and when I tap on it and stuff. the gum above it hurts also, which is where I think the pain comes from.

I'm just wondering if it is normal to have a different tooth hurt after having a root canal on a nearby tooth and will the pain go away and whether or not I should call the dentist. It's only been like 3 days, and I'm still on painkillers, but I'm just scared I'll need another operation.

Gravity boots or yoga are better than a chiropracter for putting your spine back inline if thats the problem.  An aspirin sized amount of calcium powder rubbed on the gums will provide very rapid pain control.  Too much at one time will give you headache.  Rinse mouth with warm water with salt in it or clean seawater if you can get it.  Oregano tea either cold or hot can take of infection.  Oregano oil is also available.  Chose this before taking antibiotics.  Place a teaspoon of virgin coconut oil in mouth and swish it around as long as possible also good for dental problems, called oil pulling
