Pain under my tongue, swollen lymp nodes!

by AJRog, Nov 03, 2009 01:30PM
Hi All,

About 2am last night, a painful feeling came from under the right side of my tongue, like some food was caught in the very back corner, but can't find anything wrong. This morning went to eat again, instant pain, and found my glands to be really swollen. I am on medication currently for ringworm (200mg diflucan, mentax cream) so I'm not sure if that has anyhthing to do with my swollen glands. I just wonder if I should go see the doctor. Feel good, no sore throat.

Probably not a bad idea to see a dentist if you feel something weird going on.  You may have a dental abscess in the area that will need treatment.
