Painful lump and swollen cheek

2nd Bicuspid (2nd premolar)
1st Bicuspid (1st premolar) ..My both these teeth had a cavity...I did a root canal treatment 2 mnths back for the  1st Bicuspid (1st premolar). Pat few days i had a pain  2nd Bicuspid (2nd premolar) and i was planning for a RCT. but thevpast 2 days i;m having a lump on top of the 2 teeth and its so painful...the lump is at the lining of the jaw bone and the upper lip inside....and my cheek is also a bit puffed up...wat can the problem be..pls help..

The lump is from a draining abcess (abscess).  The pain is due to the dieing nerve and the pressure buildup of the bacteria.  One thing that will help is use a sterile needle and cotton swab to drain the abcess (abscess), which will reduce the pressure.  Otherwise, you need to go see your dentist, who will get you on an antibiotic to remove the swelling and then will do the RCT.
