Painless, tiny white bump on tongue

There's a very tiny white bump on my tongue. I only noticed it after using the tongue scrapper to clean my tongue and it was bleeding on that spot. What could have been the cause of it? Or any possible diagnosis? Thank you.

It disappeared, for some reason when I checked again...it's gone now.

Which is weird.

Thanks for your input though, it comforts me to know it might not be something radical.

Hi,
It sounds like it could be a tiny inflammed taste bud.  Scraping too hard can irritate them and make them bleed.
Perhaps others will have a few better ideas, but that's what it sounds like to me.

Hope this helps.
My best to you,
Gellia
