Painless red spots all over tongue
Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone would be able to give me some advice on what these might be. 7 weeks ago I noticed red spots all over my tongue.they don't hurt. I've been to the doctor and seen 5 different doctors and not one of them know what they are. They've given me antibiotics to see if that would help but it hasn't.ive also seen a dentist and they ain't sure what they are. No body seems to know what they are. Even the hospital don't know what they are so they just gave me some thing for thrush and antibacterial mouth wash. Any help would be helpful. Thanks
