Pictures of Symptoms .. maybe someone can help

I posted earlier about not getting my wisdom teeth removed and bumps on my gums .. i now noticed two flaps on my cheeks .. pics are below from the internet that i felt were very similar to what i have. I'm out of state at school and my insurance only covers my doctors back @ home so i'm trying to figure out if i should get back home quickly and get this taken care of or if i can put it on hold for a few weeks. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! Does what I have sound like a serious problem?

Two small bumps, same color as my gums pink in the same place as the picture below : not sure if wisdom teeth would affect this. i do have some discomfot when chewing by my wisdom teeth but for the most part these bumps dont hurt

Noticed these two flaps while looking at my bumps .. except they dont have a white top to it. Are these flaps normal? Have they always been there and I am just noticing them?

The Stenson duct is where saliva from your parotid salivary gland in your cheek drains into your mouth.  The duct can become inflamed if your teeth come together in such a way that you accidently bite on your cheek tissue.  Once there is inflammation and swelling you are likely to catch that tissue again and cause more trauma.

Everyone has those ducts and they are normal.  You also have a duct in the floor of your mouth the sometimes may squirt a stream of saliva when you yawn.

Sometimes the way our wisdom teeth erupt into our mouths can cause problems.  The teeth may be tilted or jut out toward your cheek.  They are always a challenge to keep clean and people frequently develop decay (cavities) or gum infections around them.
