Post wisdom teeth removal complications

Hi, I recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed last wednesday morning, and according to what ive been reading, i should be able to start chewing small amounts of  soft food such as macroni and cheese. However, doing so involves a large amount of sharp pain generated by the incisioned that were cut to get my wisdom teeth removed. When I looked into my mouth earlier today, I saw that the sutures were starting to get loose since they were dissolving, and the incisions were not completely healed yet (its still cut open). Im afraid to rinse anymore and chew because it hurts and I dont want the flap of gum to fall off again. Also, after chewing a little bit more this afternoon, there were a miniscule amount of bleeding in one of the incisions due to it being "opened". Is this normal? or is there something that I need to do? This is bothering me immensely because it seems like normally, people would just have a hole now, and that their incisions should be healed and joined. RIght now, i have a 2 holes on the bottom gums from each wisdom teeth, and both still have the incisions there are not joined together and it causes a sharp cutting pain everytime i expand my cheeks to chew or to rinse. Please help.

Depending on the difficulty of the extraction, it may be take awhile for the gums to close up the area.  I would continue to rinse gently to keep the area clean.  If the sutures dissolve by themselves, I would leave them alone for now.  If the pain persists, I would recommend going back to your dentist to follow up.
