Purple gums?
I've recently noticed that my gum line is purple. It's not bothering me nor has it ever bothered me. I also have a tooth that has bad decay on it but I've already got an appointment to have it worked on next week and I was wondering if that could have anything to do with it?

It is possible that the gum tissue is inflammed because of the lack of tooth structure in the area. I am sure the dentist will check it out when you have the appointment.
